Front of House Team Member

We are looking for a confident and friendly Front of House team member with at least 2 years of hospitality experience to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be working on the floor, ensuring guests receive excellent service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Delivering food and beverages to tables Providing attentive table service and responding to guest needs Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a calm and professional way Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining and bar areas

Requirements

Full Time and Part Time Roles
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or similar).
Confident in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Friendly, approachable, and professional at all times.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
